We can already delegate tasks to AI. Gradually, entire teams will be replaced by AI. As tools evolve, the day may come when a company with a single human being reaches a billion-euro turnover. What does such an AI-native organisation look like? What roles can AIs handle, and what are the roles of the human being? What are the steps to build such a company? What technologies does it use? Is a single-person company too vulnerable to be trusted by clients or investors? Could it survive its founder and become totally autonomous?
First, Aalto University AI researcher Reidar Wasenius will lay the groundwork by introducing the key aspects of this provocative and inspiring idea. After that, we will workshop together to gain a more detailed understanding of how only 1-3 entrepreneurs in Finland could actually build a huge, international corporation in the coming years.
